Regarding our custom work, we never repeat design. Our design approach ensures your 1-of-1 custom piece will never work in another home.

The initial on-site consultation is complimentary. However, a minimum non-refundable $2,500.00 retainer fee is required for standalone furniture and $5,000 for built-in furnishings to start the creative design process. The design process consists of two phases.

 

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: Within 21 business days of receiving your retainer, the client will be emailed indigo blue hand sketches by Paul.

DESIGN REFINEMENT: This phase starts with customer feedback via phone or video call. Subsequently, revised hand sketches are emailed within 7-10 business days. This feedback process is repeated until a unique design that reflects the client’s needs and wants emerges. Other deliverables included in this phase are:

 

1. 3d renderings for enhanced design clarifications.

2. 2d dimensional construction drawings.

ORDERING: a deposit of 50% is required to launch production. The turnaround time and expected shipping date also depend on the date of receipt of the deposit. Our standard production lead time is 12-16 weeks, to be confirmed for each order. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH 30 DAYS’ NOTICE. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping. Orders must be paid in full, including shipping, handling, packaging, storage, applicable taxes, and service charges before shipping.

DELAYS: Paul Rene is not responsible for any delays beyond our control such as last-minute customer changes or 3rd party shipping delays.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: Deposits are non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period.

 

WARRANTY: Paul Rene agrees to provide for the replacement of faulty components for 1 year after installation. Excluded from this warranty are all situations related to damage due to abuse, misuse, fire, flood, earthquakes, acts of nature, and storage of over-weighted objects.

Yes. Currently, delivery and install times are a minimum of 3-4 months from the date of deposit.
